Ordering
Upon authorization of your credit card, expect a confirmation email from us. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process and are then delivered within 3-10 business days.
Orders received after 2pm EST will be processed the following day, including overnight orders. Weekend delivery is unavailable, and please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, anticipate receiving your package within 3-10 business days.
Ensure accuracy in your billing and shipping addresses as we cannot reroute packages once they are dispatched.
Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex. Additionally, you may opt for checkout through Paypal Express Checkout, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
For order modifications, contact customer service promptly. While we strive to accommodate changes based on your order's status, please note that orders cannot be canceled once they are processed for shipment. To cancel an order, email us with your order number.
Shipping
We ship all orders on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Weekend delivery is not an option. For shipments within the USA, we utilize USPS and UPS carriers. International orders are shipped via USPS.
Domestic orders necessitate a verified U.S. billing address; we are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses, as well as freight forwarder addresses. Canyon Coffee retains the right to cancel orders not meeting these criteria.
Currently, expedited shipping is unavailable. For inquiries about delivery timing, please contact hi@wholesouledcoffee.com, and we'll strive to provide an accurate estimate of the package's arrival date. Whole Souled is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by natural disasters or other uncontrollable events.

Returns
- Returns Policy
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for coffee purchases, whether the package is unopened or used. However, if your coffee order arrives damaged or fails to meet your satisfaction, we will gladly offer you a full refund or send a replacement coffee order.
For Merchandise and Equipment: We accept returns for unused merchandise, including clothing, and equipment within fourteen days from the date of receipt. Additionally, defective or damaged merchandise and equipment can be returned within fourteen days of receiving your order.
- How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, kindly send an email to hi@wholesouledcoffee.com containing the following details:
- Your order number
- Whether the package was opened or not
- Your preference for exchange or refund
- The reason for your return or exchange
- If the return is due to damage or defectiveness upon arrival, please attach pictures of the box, packaging, and the product.
- Refund Process
Upon approval of your return, we will proceed to refund the amount to your credit card or original method of payment. The timeframe for receiving the credit varies depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note that a $9 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from all processed returns.
- Return Shipping
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please be aware that shipping costs are nonrefundable. In the event of a refund, a $9 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
